Stellartide Apps Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Stellartide handles information for Stellartide Apps and any app project that links to this document.

We keep data collection limited to what is needed to operate our apps, support users, protect services, and meet legal obligations.

The information collected depends on the app, platform, and features you use.

• Information you provide, such as your name, email address, support messages, preferences, or account details.
• App activity, such as settings, feature usage, device state, timestamps, and diagnostics needed to keep the app working.
• Purchase or subscription status received from app stores or payment processors. Stellartide does not receive full payment card numbers.
• Technical data such as device type, operating system, app version, crash logs, and approximate region.

We use information to provide and improve the apps, respond to support requests, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, process subscriptions, and understand whether features are working as intended.

We do not sell personal information.

We may share limited information with service providers that help operate the apps, such as app stores, analytics tools, crash reporting services, cloud infrastructure, customer support tools, and payment processors.

Support conversations and diagnostic records may be kept long enough to resolve the issue and improve app reliability.

You can request deletion of personal information associated with Stellartide apps by contacting privacy@stellartide.dev. If an app offers account creation, the app will provide a way to start account deletion from inside the app and through a web resource when required by platform rules.

Some information may be retained when necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, dispute resolution, or legitimate business records.

You can stop most app data collection by uninstalling the app or disabling optional permissions and platform-level analytics controls where available.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of your personal information. To make a request, contact privacy@stellartide.dev.

Stellartide apps are not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children under the age required by applicable privacy law. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
